1. What we collect

When you use Earnest, we collect the information you provide during sign-up and onboarding: your name, email address, age bracket, sex, ethnicity, dietary preferences, activity level, and any health conditions you choose to share. We also store your search queries, supplement cabinet contents, and interaction history to personalize your experience.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to personalize supplement and peptide recommendations, generate your longevity score and gap analysis, send you follow-up emails with relevant health insights, and improve our recommendation engine. We may use aggregated, de-identified data (such as trending searches) in emails and on the platform. This data is never individually identifiable.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share individually identifiable health information with advertisers. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to the Earnest service.

4. Third-party services

Earnest uses the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI-powered recommendations), and Netlify (hosting). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Cookies and local storage

Earnest uses session storage to remember your disclaimer acknowledgment and search cache during a session. We use Supabase authentication tokens stored in local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Email communications

When you search on Earnest while signed in, we may send you follow-up emails with supplement insights, trending data, and personalized recommendations. You can unsubscribe from these emails by replying to any email or contacting life@buyearnest.com.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email life@buyearnest.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Children

Earnest is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
